The biased & narrow-minded verdict of Western Secularist Allahabad High Court (anti-Vedic judicial seat) is full of animal hatred, against Manu-smṛti & against the Vedic notion that all jīvas, irrespective of homo sapiens (mānavas) or non-humans (manuṣyetara), enjoy a privilege of natural life given by God —

The very notion of the Allahabad High Court’s Lucknow Bench – “ That relating to food, food habits and vending thereof that is undisputedly connected with the right to life and livelihood…Food, food habits and vending of food are linked to right to life and must not be curbed by the state” – is based on the interpretation of the Article 21st of the Western Secularist Parliamentary Democratic Republic of Indian Constitution (anti-Vedic & hence, non-Indigenous foreign/West imposed ideological Constitution) – which extends right to life to every citizen in India.

However, the anti-Vedic mleccha/yavana/West influenced ideologically inspired Constitution of India makes a severe bias in, only, treating humans born on its (India’s) land (or even humans naturalised in India) as its citizens. Rather, the truly non-bias + non-prejudiced + compassionate for all living creatures (not just homo sapiens/humans) Vedic Saṁskṛti grants even the non-homo sapien species (animals, reptiles, aquatics, birds etc.) an ‘equal’ right to live the life (not social equal rights) that God has granted them through nature. Hence, Vedic Saṁṣkṛti is never anti-nature. The life that God has granted to all non-human species cannot be taken away by humans unless that life is, immediately, substituted by, mystically, migrating the jīva in a non-human body to the human body as how the ṛṣis of yore were adapt in. Such is called compassionate promotion of a jīva encaged in an inferior species. However, any other type of snatching away of God-given life to any non-human living entity is a sin beyond pardon and a heinous crime. Hence, the above observation of Allahabad High Court, itself, stands ‘criminal’ & ‘illegitimate/illegal’ in the eye of the Vedic law. Evidences –

(a) Manu-smṛti 5.45 –

“yo ‘hiṁsakāni bhūtāni hinasty ātma-sukhecchayā / sa jīvaṁś ca mṛtaś caiva na kvacit sukham edhate //” – “योऽहिंसकानि भूतानि हिनस्त्यात्मसुखेच्छया । ।“ – meaning – “A human who kills any non-violent creature (herbivorous creatures who do not devour the existence of others) for the sake of his sensual pleasure (especially, for the sake of palate), he never prospers by not obtaining any peace/happiness either while living or after death – not at any time.” “

(b) Manu-smṛti 5.48 –

।“ – meaning – “Meat is never produced without killing of animals. Killing of animals never facilitates in the obtainment of paradise. Hence, the (consumption of) meat is to be, completely, forsaken.” “

(C) Manu-smṛti 5.51 –

।“ – meaning – “He who permits (the slaughter of an animal), he who cuts (butchers) it up, he who kills (slaughters) it, he who buys or sells (meat), he who cooks it, he who serves it up, and he who eats it, (must all be considered as) the slayers (of the animal).” “

(D) Manu-smṛti 5.55 –

।“ – meaning – “ ‘Me he (maṁ saḥ)’ will devour in the next (world), whose flesh I eat in this (life); the wise declare this (to be) the actual meaning of the term ‘flesh’ (māṁsaḥ).” “

A point to be noted is that Western concepts like ‘racism’/’liberalism’/’conservationism’/’feminism’/’misogyny’/’enuchoidism’/’pedophilia’/’human rights’ etc. – have no roots in the perfect Vedic Saṁskṛti as all these cancerous concepts are products of the perverted imperfect anti-Vedic Occidental Yavana society.
